Account (name, email), your company details, and the work content you create: service cases, machines, measurements, evidence photos, and manuals you upload. Technical logs (application errors, AI token usage) to operate the service.
Database and files on Supabase; the application is served from Netlify (US infrastructure). Each company is isolated with row-level permissions; your private manuals are never visible to other companies.
When a query requires AI, the relevant text (and, if you use vision features, the image) is sent to an AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic via API) solely to generate the answer. Under those providers’ API terms, your data is not used to train their models. The app answers from the knowledge base without AI whenever it can, and labels which part of each answer is documented vs. inference.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t use it to train models. We don’t show your private data to other companies. Community contributions are optional and sent scrubbed (no customer, address, serial, or private notes).
Data is kept while the subscription is active; after a final cancellation, 90 days for export, then it may be deleted. You may request access, export, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
