TechAssistant is an assistance tool for optical-lab and industrial equipment technicians: guided diagnosis, a documented knowledge library, machine history, and service reports. It is licensed per company via an activation code.
Content (documented or AI-generated) is informational support. Service, safety, and repair decisions remain the responsibility of the qualified technician. Always follow the equipment manufacturer’s procedures and warnings. TechAssistant explicitly separates documented knowledge from AI inference and must never be used to bypass safety interlocks or official procedures.
The cases, machines, photos, and manuals you upload belong to your company. You may request export or deletion. We do not sell your data or use it to train models.
The service is billed by subscription according to your activation code’s plan. Non-payment may suspend access; data remains intact during suspension and access returns on reactivation. After a final cancellation, data is retained 90 days for export and may then be deleted.
No reselling access, bulk-extracting the library, uploading content you lack rights to, or attempting to defeat the service’s security or limits.
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, FELS Industries LLC is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on information from the service; total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
